CAFETERIA SUPERVISOR
Location: Rapid Toyo, Pengerang

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversees overall food preparation of the centre by caterer.
Monitor and supervise food preparation for every scheduled meal and ensure the quality of the food served.
Conduct food sampling for each meal session as per requirement
Ensure quantity for each meal session is as per requirement without any shortage and quality of food served is consistently maintained.
Prepare one (1) month menu at least seven (7) days before the beginning of each month and communicate to all stakeholders.
Ensure catering partner adheres to all KPIs and Petronas and GFM reQUirements.
Develop daily Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) derived from HACCP standards.
Develop and initiate improvements in the workfiow processes, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary actions.
Ensure caterer adheres to HACCP standards.
Lead toolbox sessions for al catering staff.
Conduct required training for all catering staff and manage training schedule for the calendar year with assistance from Group Training 8: Development Unit.
Completes all necessary documents, records and reports required.
Ensure adherence to all company’s policies & procedures and any prevailing laws & standards.
Perform other related functions and activities as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management [Accounting or its equivalent.
At least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field required for this position.
Experience in F&B is preferred but not a necessity.
Self-motivated, meticulous and committed team player with strong sense of urgency.
Strong administrative skill, highly organize and ability to multitask is essential.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

F&B PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Location : Rapid Toyo, Pengerang

Responsibilities:
Manage all me related Procurement activities that includes but not limited to - responsible for product sourcing, pricing negotiation, data compilation, verification of goods purchased,
checking purchase order, delivery order and invoices. Product sourcing is not limited to fresh produce goods, oils, packaging, kitchen equipment and any other products. Negotiation is
done effectively and in a professional manner in order to achieve optimum costoeffectiveness.
Responsible for daily operational procurement functions such as to monitor and to follow-up closely on all arrangement with local and out stationed logistic service provider for delivery
and to communicate with all relevant parties to ensure all matters and document related to shipping or transportation of goods are being checked and verified.
Ensure timely process and payment to all F&B partners.
Ensure all suppliers and vendors adhere to Petronas, Toyo & GFM requirements.
Maintain master stock list of all raw materials and cooking items in the dry store, freezer at cold room are promptly and accurately updated into the inventory system.
Compile replenishment orders and raise Purchase Orders accordingly for approval.
Monitor inventory and practice FIFO system in all three (3) store areas.
Develop and initiate improvements in the workflow processes, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary actions.
Responsible for timely preparation and submission of all documents, correspondences,
reports, analysis, presentations, proposal and relevant documentations.
Ensure adherence to all company’s policies and procedures.
Perform other related functions and activities as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma I Degree in Business Studies [Administration Management / Accounting or its equivalent.
At least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field required for this position. Experience in PM! is preferred but not a necessity.
Self-motivated, meticulous and committed team player with strong sense of urgency.
Strong administrative skill, highly organize and abflity to multitask is essential.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia 8: English.

ACCOUNT OFFICER CUM CASHIER
Location: Rapid Toyo, Pengerang

Responsibilities:
Interact and provide good customer service as well as compile feedback from customers.
Ensure accurate collection of monies.
Maintain and closing of daily transactions and balancing cash collections.
Maintain transaction records are accurate at all times.
Manage all F&8 accounts. prepare and present weekly account reports to we Executive and Camp Manager.
Update management and customers on various compliance issue status.
Assist in stock take and other exercises whenever required.
Ensure adherence to all company’s policies and procedures.
Perform other related functions and activities as and when required.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least 3 Secondary I SPM / O-Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Level / Pre-U or Diploma in Business Studies/ Finance [Accounting or its equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in related field required for this position.
Possess high level of accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to use electronic cashier, handle various modes of payment and point~of~sales machines.
Ability to work on shift and on weekend I public holiday is a prerequisite.
Fair proficiency in English.
