Job Scope :
1. Position Summary
To solicit and secure diploma students for NMlT, local and internationally
2.1 Immediate Supervisor

3. PRIMARY TASKS
1) Creation of marketing plans geared towards soliciting customers/students in line with
strategy and targets within budget approved.
b) Work with the in-house designer to produce materials of visual inpact and within
0) Work with the business innovations department to develop new ideas for reaching
customers/students markets using the latest in electronic technologies.
d) Communicate to rest of the marketing team about new innovations and how they can
be used to leverage marketing efforts.
e) Write each product. reflecting key messages, features and benefits.
1) Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign. and report results
g) Preparation and delivery of marketing plan within key objective.
h) Events planning. organization and execution.
i) Copy writing of articles. marketing materials etc.
D Liaison with media and publishers as required.) Ensuring that all marketing materials
do not deviate from the establishment.
i) Brand image of the business.
m) Market research and competitor analysis.
n) Maintains up to date with professional sector news.
0) Supporting the development of the website.
p) Focus on both business growth and client retention.
q) Use email. ad words and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers
of new courses or products and generate sales.
r) Create and implement marketing communications for books, magazines and journals.
s) Liaise with Events Coordinator to maximise visibility at conferences. including
compiling a list of products and literatures to display/demo. producing delegate inserts.
t) Where appropriate, attend key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews
and focus groups.
u) Keep website up to date as necessary using intemai web administration tools.
v) Where possible. cross markets! sell and raise the profile of the other products and
w) Any other duties / ad-hoc tasks as and when required
